The bill (Reg. No. 2570) settles in detail the procedure of implementation of authorities stipulated by the Law “On Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine” by the bodies and officials of the Anti-Monopoly Committee (AMC) in order to establish proper procedural basis regarding cases on violation of legislation on economic competition.
Committee members drew attention to the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat. Particularly, experts do not uphold the idea of detailed regulation of the procedure of consideration of cases on violation of legislation on economic competition by the AMC and its bodies in the Law “On Protection of Economic Competition”.
